Mortgage Process

1. Application: Online or by email, phone or fax
2. Once received, We (Mortgage Agent) will shop for the best possible rate.
3. Mortgage Commitment: Received from the bank and reviewed with you by phone or in person.
4. Find a home: Commitment will state how much you are pre-approved for, at what rate and how long the rate is held.
5. Submit offer to purchase: Real estate agent will provide you with the copy.
6. This is faxed to us along with a copy of a feature sheet from the home purchased.
7. Submit for CMHC approval: Approval received from the bank for your purchase.
8. Outstanding condition: We go over the documents left for you to provide to us. (Income, down payment etc.)
9. Conditions waived: Congratulations. You now own your new home.
10. Final Documents: Sent by the bank to your lawyer for signing
